TOYOLAC™ ABS resinAlloy Grade

TOYOLAC™ PC/ABS, PA/ABS and PBT/ABS resin types are alloyed with engineering plastic resin using our proprietary compatibilization technology.

In addition to the standard type, PC/ABS is also available in a range of high-fluidity and high-paintability types thanks to our proprietary technology. PA/ABS is a type that is alloyed with nylon 6 for improved mechanical strength and coating adhesion. In addition to the chemical resistance and dimensional stability characteristics of PBT resin (relative to PA/ABS), PBT/ABS has improved coating adhesion. It is mainly used in motorcycle external parts and automotive internal and external parts.
