Image Analysis

Image analysis is used to analyze, visualize and quantify images obtained from various analytical evaluation instruments.

We analyze various types of images using image analysis systems suited to the characteristics of each image. For example, transmission electron microscope (TEM) morphology images can be analyzed to quantifiably evaluate the amount of dispersion and uniformity of island structures.

Orientation of fibers obtained through X-ray CTOrientation of fibers obtained through X-ray CT

It is also possible to evaluate the orientation of fibers obtained through X-ray CT.

In addition, we analyze the orientation tensor for Digimat from fiber orientation images obtained through X-ray CT.
